We managed to get most of the team together for this end of year team picture. Great job team.
2007 Penn Relays
Masters Men M40 4x100 2nd Place Felton Turnage, Don Fields, James Smith, Aaron Thigpen. Cold and rainy conditions did not deter this team from competing at their best.
2007 Age Group National Championship
Ashlee 2007 Midget Girls High Jump National Champion. 1.60m (5ft 3in). Ashlee had a great day jumping 8 inches over her nearest competitor in the High Jump. This was a national best jump for her age group. She also was national runner-up in the Long Jump.
2007 USATF Convention
Tyson Gay and Allyson Felix 2007 Jessie Owens Award winners. 2007 IAAF World Championship:
Tyson won the 100m, 200m, and 4x100m. Allyson won the 200m, 4x100m, and 4x400m.

2007 Pre-season Training
We start Pre-season training in September. Here a small group of mixed age group athletes do sprints and plyos up a small hill. Great pre-season conditioning and workout.

Team mates having fun in the parade of athletes. The competition at Junior Olympic Nationals is very tough. The Flames athletes performed very well bringing home 7 medals and one national champion.

Ashlee breaks Phoenix Invitational Midget Girls High Jump record with 1.56m 5'1-1/2"jump. She broke Jacqueline Johnsons meet record. Heads and shoulders above the other competitors.

Ashlee - Midget Girls High Jump Junior Olympic national Champion. 1.55m - 5'1". Ashlee overcame some early nagging injuries that kept her from going 100% by winning both Junior Olympic and Age Group National championships convincingly. Great job Ashlee.

2006 Junior Olympic Nationals
The Midget Boys team ran a great race with 3 out of 4 athletes running personal best. Justin, Jorge, Ryan, and Andrew. They won their heat and all ran personal best.9th overall, just missing a medal by a few seconds.
