All practices will be held at Sunset Park.

July 7th, (8-9:30 a.m.) – QBs, RBs, Receivers (7 on 7 practice)

July 12th -13th (6-7:30 p.m.) – QBs, RBs, Receivers/DBs, LBs (7 on 7 practice)

July 14th (8-11 a.m.) – 7 on 7 Tournament @ South Mountain High School

July 19th (6-7:30 p.m.) – Voluntary Team fundamentals/conditioning practice. Offense

July 21st -22nd (9-11 a.m.) – All Flames Team fundamentals/conditioning practice. 10U Off/Def

July 26th (6-7:30 p.m.) – Voluntary Team fundamentals/conditioning practice. Offense

July 28th (8-9:30 a.m.) – Voluntary Team fundamentals/conditioning practice. Defense

Aug. 2nd (6-7:30 p.m.) – Voluntary Team fundamentals/conditioning practice. Offense

Aug. 4th (8-9:30 a.m.) – Voluntary Team fundamentals/conditioning practice. Offense
Aug. 4th (TBD) – Coaches/Parent team meeting during the 2012 Flames Kickoff Picnic
